After the Request for Rental is approved, the following documents will be required:

The Covenant of Care Form outlines safety standards and expectations set out by the Presbyterian Church in Canada and NSJ to protect the safety and well-being of all children, youth and vulnerable adults
 
 
The Sanctuary
 
Our beautiful sanctuary has a capacity of 400 including the balcony. The grand piano, organ and sound system are available for use under the direction of our Music Director, additional fees apply.
 
Cost is $600/4 hrs (large gatherings). $150/2 hrs.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
The Parlour
 
A very welcoming space with sofas and chairs for a gathering of about 20 or without furniture 75 people. Included is a dining table and next door is the upper kitchen. It is located on our second floor with access via the elevator or stairs.

New St. James Hall (Gym)
 
This multipurpose room can host a maximum of 230 or 182 for dinner and can be used for activities such as receptions, theatre productions, soccer, badminton and shuffleboard. Tables and chairs are available with set up by our staff at an additional cost. A projection screen is available at the front of the room and there is a raised stage.

The Library
 
The library offers a cozy and quiet meeting space for 6-10 people.

Lower Hall
 
This space includes a cozy fireplace and comfortable couches and can hold up to 180 or 148 for dinner. It is accessible by stairs or elevator.

Teen Room

Located on the 2 nd floor, this room is furnished with 3 sofas, a TV and is located on the 2nd floor of the church. It is wonderful for group discussions and group studies in an informal setting.

Nursery
 
This cozy room is located on the main floor of the church, close to the sanctuary and has an attached bathroom. It is furnished with a sofa and rocking chair and a wonderful selection of toys. Permission is required from the president of the Highland group.

Choir Room

This room on our 2nd floor holds approximately 40 and there is a piano. Use of the piano is with permission of the choir director.

Chapel
 

This lovely bright room holds 35-40 and is located on the 2nd floor adjacent to our parlour. Perfect for small worship services or ceremonies. Permission is granted by NSJ session.

This bright room on the 2nd floor can be set up for a more formal classroom setting and hold approximately 15 with tables more with chairs.

NOTE: Use of custodian is$50 for up to 3 hours (included set up) and $20 per hour thereafter for clean-up.
